Information collected and maintained independently by a teacher or school is controlled by that teacher or school and is not stored by Super English ESL unless the information is separately provided to us for a specific service.

Students Who Purchase or Receive Online Instruction

This student-data section does not mean that Super English ESL never receives information about an individual student. If a student, parent, or customer purchases online English-language instruction directly from Super English ESL, we may collect the contact, scheduling, billing, and service information reasonably necessary to provide those classes.

9. Teacher, Group, and School Accounts

Teachers may create accounts to access lesson materials. Teacher group plans and school plans may also involve a group administrator or school administrator who manages participating teacher accounts.

Super English ESL does not ordinarily collect teacher personnel files, employment evaluations, disciplinary records, or unrelated employment information.
